These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and use of TraceabilityLite software. By purchasing or using the software, you agree to these terms.

1. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Licence grant and duration

Each licence grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for up to 10 years from the purchase date, subject to these terms.

3. Resale and transfer restrictions

Licences may not be resold, sublicensed, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any third party without prior written permission.

4. Misuse and termination

If a licence key is reused across multiple unauthorised environments, devices, or users, that licence may be suspended or terminated.

5. Connectivity and licensing checks

Internet access is required for licence validation and ongoing licensing checks. Volume licences and offline licensing options are available on request.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no responsibility is accepted for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, indirect or consequential losses, or any other losses arising from use of or inability to use the software.

7. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the software is suitable for your needs, for maintaining backups, and for implementing appropriate security and operational safeguards.

8. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of purchase applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
